While I am a Registered Nurse (RN), in this program, I am not acting in the capacity of an RN. Instead, I am serving as a Functional Wellness Provider, providing educational wellness guidance rooted in functional wellness principles. My role is to help you uncover root causes, create personalized wellness plans, and empower you with tools and strategies to support your child’s health.

This program does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for care from  your child’s liscenses healthcare provider or from your physician. I encourage collaboration with your child’s physician to ensure streamlined, comprehensive care.

​Friend Functional Wellness provides educational wellness support and functional health guidance. This service does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.
 

Clients are encouraged to continue working with their licensed healthcare providers for medical care and diagnosis 

 

Participation in wellness programs is voluntary and educational in nature.  Services provided through Friend Functional Wellness are educational wellness services and are not nursing services.

 

Functional laboratory tests discussed through Friend Functional Wellness are reviewed for educational wellness purposes only. Any discussion of laboratory results is intended to help clients understand potential wellness patterns and lifestyle considerations and does not constitute medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

 

Laboratory testing should always be interpreted in conjunction with a licensed healthcare provider. Clients are encouraged to review any laboratory results with their physician or qualified medical professional for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment when appropriate.
