About Me
I didn’t start this work as a practitioner.
I started as a mother trying to help her child.

Today I help individuals & families navigate complex chronic symptoms with a calm, root-focused approach that looks beyond isolated diagnoses and toward the full picture of health.
Many of the children I work with are the ones who don’t fit neatly into a single box. Their symptoms overlap, shift, and involve multiple systems at once.
I combine my conventional medical training as a master’s-prepared nurse with functional wellness education and personal experience to navigate complex pediatric illness.
This dual perspective allows me to bridge the gap between conventional and root-focused approaches.
My Story
For a long time, our family lived in a constant state of uncertainty.
My daughter was experiencing severe health challenges that no one seemed able to explain.
There were seizures.
There were allergic reactions.
Hospital visits became part of our normal life.
Each appointment seemed to focus on a different symptom, but no one was connecting the bigger picture.Like many parents of complex children, I began researching everything I could. I read, studied, asked questions, and slowly began to understand that many of these symptoms were not random. They were connected.
When we began making changes to diet and supporting the body more thoughtfully, things slowly began to shift.
The seizures stopped.
The severe reactions improved.
Life began to calm down.
For the first time in a long time, my daughter was able to experience pieces of childhood again, going to school part time, spending time with friends, and simply feeling more like herself.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

Why I Do This Work
Watching your child suffer while searching for answers changes you.
I understand what it feels like to:
• try to connect symptoms that doctors aren’t connecting
• worry about making the wrong decision
• feel like every new treatment might make things worse
• carry the responsibility of advocating for your child
That experience shaped the way I approach my work today.
Families don’t just need more protocols.
They need someone who understands complexity and can help bring clarity.
Over time, I have come to deeply understand children whose health challenges span multiple systems.

Many of the families who find me are navigating complex symptom patterns sometimes associated with conditions such as:
• PANS / PANDAS
• mast cell activation patterns
• POTS and autonomic nervous system dysregulation
• connective tissue and hypermobility syndromes
• autism, ADHD, and related neurodevelopmental challenges
• histamine sensitivity
• anxiety, depression, or mood changes connected to underlying physiology
These children often require a slower, more supportive approach that respects their sensitivity and the interconnected nature of the body.
What Many Families Say Before They Find Me
Parents who eventually work with me often describe a similar experience.
They tell me things like:

• “My child reacts to everything.”
• “Symptoms keep changing and no one can explain why.”
• “We’ve seen multiple doctors and everyone looks at one piece.”
• “Every time we try something new, things seem to flare.”
• “I feel like I’m constantly trying to connect the dots myself.”
• “I know something deeper is going on, but I can’t figure out what.”

Many families arrive after trying multiple approaches and still feeling like the full picture hasn’t been explored.

That feeling of confusion and exhaustion is something I understand deeply, both as a practitioner and as a parent.
When children are dealing with complex symptoms, doing too much too quickly can often make things worse.
That’s why my work focuses on careful sequencing and system stability first.
Instead of chasing isolated symptoms, we look at patterns across the body.
This often includes exploring how areas like the nervous system, digestion, metabolism, immune function, and environmental stressors may be interacting.
My goal is not to overwhelm the body with aggressive protocols it is to help families move through a thoughtful process that supports the body step by step.

This calmer, structured approach is especially helpful for children who are sensitive or reactive.
What Makes My Approach Different
The Children and Families I Work Best With
The families who tend to benefit most from this work are those who:
• feel like their child’s symptoms don’t follow simple patterns
• have tried multiple approaches but still feel stuck
• notice their child is highly sensitive to foods, supplements, or environments
• suspect there may be deeper root drivers behind the symptoms
• want a thoughtful, strategic approach instead of guessing
Many of the children I support have complex symptom patterns that affect multiple systems at once.
Parents often describe these children as:
• highly sensitive
• deeply intuitive
• easily overwhelmed physically or emotionally
These children often need a slower, more supportive path toward stability, and that is exactly what our work focuses on.

Families who come here are often looking for a calmer, clearer way forward.
My role is to help bring structure, understanding, and thoughtful support to that journey.
